BBC Documentary Clip - graphene technology has clear military applications

Caught this little gem from BBC's documentary - China - A New world Order.. George Osborne took President Xi to the GRAPHENE Institute in Manchester. Seems like China had its assets located there too. Chinese military made some "breakthroughs" on graphene technology and that's "particularly concerning" as graphene technology has "clear military applications" What's in the vaccines again.
