TwoSistas, MindsetMonday and the last Monday of 2021 - Janis feels as though the last few days of the year always get a bad rap - we "wait" in anticipation for things to happen when we should take each day and make things happen! For instance, we "wait" for the ball to drop on New Year's Eve in order to start or infamous resolutions - we are no different and on more than a few occasions have done the same. How can we change that? By starting today; yes, today!! We share some of our tips that have encouraged each of us, to take that step to not wait and take action. Perhaps it's just as easy as starting your day off right with some motivating music. Whatever it is for you is the way you should do it!!
