In chapter 11 of the book the author finally gets to the Jewish oligarchic financier Jacob Schiff, but only as a stage-setter involving two other characters seemingly on opposite sides of the British-German conflict. In this second part I finish up on the right-wing obsession with communism related to the use of it as the fear-based controlling paradigm of the previous ruling faction within the US deep state, that being the WASP Rockefellerist CFR faction, from the end of WWII to 1990 and the death of communism as well as the end of that faction's rule. Then I cover the Schiff entry in this narrative, and talk about what the author doesn't talk abour re his ethnicity-derived anti-Tsarism, in particular related to the Russo-Japanese War in 1904-05.
