11. Part 2, Expanding and Flaring Cases for Cast Bullets

In part 2, I focus on dies that provide some form of actual case/neck expansion. This is often desirable for us as cast bullet handloaders in order to facilitate smooth and clean bullet seating. I'll show the various forms of expander dies available, explain and demonstrate how they work.
