INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
200ml boiling water
200ml yogurt or kefir
1st flour (glass volume is 200ml)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Shake eggs with salt, add boiling water, then yogurt, flour with soda and mix everything. Add vegetable oil and sugar and mix again. Leave on for 10 minutes. Fry in a well-heated pan on both sides.
