YELENA GETS HER MIRACLE

On Palm Sunday, I received a text from my neighbor, asking me to pray for a woman named Yelena, who was desperate for a miracle. Instead of praying a quick prayer and moving on, we decided to visit her and pray mountain moving prayers over her. Her miracle came. Jesus entered the room. None of us will ever be the same.

Here is the situation she was in which was posted on her gofundme recovery page: “Yelena Matveyev, her best friend, and her 2 daughters took a girls trip to McCall Idaho on Wednesday, March 3rd. On Friday, March 5th, Yelena was driven to the ER in an ambulance because she was in immense pain. The doctors said she had something called a Volvulus which is the twisting and knotting in the gastrointestinal tract. It had stopped the blood flow which causes a lot of other issues. This is a very rare occurrence that happens with babies at birth, so it’s even rarer that she has this as an adult. She had to be flown to Boise Idaho to have surgery later that night. The doctors did surgery and removed the ascending intestine and attached the rest of the intestine to her nearest organ. The surgeon who did the surgery had messed up and something was leaking in her stomach so she had to get surgery done again on Monday, March 8th. Right now, the Matveyev family is unaware how long they will have to be in Idaho due to them not knowing how long it will take Yelena to recover enough to either leave the hospital or be flown to another Hospital a lot closer to home in Vancouver. Because of the uncertainty of when they will be going home, neither parents are working, and they are having to stay in a hotel. Expenses have already started adding up day by day which is only adding more stress on them as a family. Any donations that you guys can make, they will be extremely grateful for and will help with groceries, hotel costs, and medical costs.”
