Video of sky, facing East, South, then West in Richmond, Virginia. That time Mr. Burns discovered he could sell more electricity by blocking the sun and leaving major city in shadow of gloom... is what I thought about recording this vid. Not a new Phenomenon, frequently see fake clouds to the West and downwind to block direct sunlight. Been happening almost daily since Thanksgiving week this year. See more at geoengineeringwatch.org
