Vegan Carne Asada Recipe

Packed with spice and flavor, this easy vegan carne asada is a perfect addition to your favorite dinner recipe.

Ingredients
1/4 cup of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of paprika
28 oz of jackfruit

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder and paprika. Mix well.

3. Add in jackfruit and break up to create a pulled texture. Mix well so jackfruit is well marinated.

4. Add jackfruit to a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, tossing after 20 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and let cool. Add to your favorite recipes and enjoy!
