Do you have a mentor?

Do you have a mentor? If not, why?
A mentor is an experienced and trusted advisor. They provide guidance, motivation, emotional support and are a role model. If it were not for the mentors in my life, I wouldn't have been a successful bank executive and I would not be a successful business owner now.
