Messing with mandate enforcers_Russians just don't give a fk :-]

best I can gather, from a mate, is that this fella confiscated the 'no mask' fine from the uniform who was writing people up on the metro.
Apparently, this is increasingly common in Moscow as regular folk step in, quite peaceably & assertively, to sabotage the efforts of those enforcing COVID tyranny.
