16.12.2021 Yoan & Daniel Yellow Grade Test

On 16.12.2021 Yoan Petrov and Daniel Betov went through Yellow Grade of the Technical Progression System in the team. Yoan and Daniel are way above that level, but despite that I want all my students, including long practicing ones, to study all the levels, until get to the ones corresponding to their current ones. High skilled MMA athletes as Yoan and Daniel can appreciate even better the benefits of a structured system covering all aspects of the MMA game.
