Tactical Assault Operative Build: High-End (Yellow) Build.

I don't know about you, but I am tired of feeling overpowered in every game I play. A challenge with variety would be nice, so here is a nothing but yellow build for Heroic content. I actually have to "try" a little! SUCCESS!
