It Costs 0 Dollars

The talk of the year so far has been two things, being sick, and this Build Back Better bill. It not costing anything to the American citizens is it's biggest selling point, but does it actually cost $0? So far, we've been receiving very shady replies to this questions. Not many answers, it's almost like it will pay for itself. That is fine, but how? Although Joe Manchin isn't the best of leaders, at least he saved us ( temporarily ) from what could've been a disastrous bill. Maybe we can ask more questions now?
