Birthday Hike Dec 2021

This 6 minute video is about my son Camden's wish to go on a hike during his birthday week. His birthday is on New Year's Eve so you can imagine it's going to be pretty cold no matter where we go on an outdoor adventure. His favorite hiking trail in our area is Lime Kiln Trail located in Granite Falls, WA.

I can't adequately explain how important it is to me to do outdoor activities with my kids. These are memories I'm hoping they remember for a long time.

This Christmas week God happen to bless us with a bountiful snowy holiday! It was fantastic! Hiking in the snow always adds that little bit of extra awe and wonder to being in nature. Although the video can't replace being there in person, it's my hope that it captured some of the absolute beauty of our planet.

All video was shot on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and edited with Final Cut Pro on an iMac.
