For the most part, because we're creatures of habit, we usually travel in the most convenient direction for us. In this particular teaching, we will quickly discover that our perception plays a significant role in our decision-making. Perception: the way in which something is regarded, understood or interpreted. Hence, based on our culture, background, emotional/mental state, and life's experiences, be they good or bad, it sets the stage as to how we will draw our conclusions in any given situation.
