Dr Martin explains that per US Code, the Covid fake vaccines are actually defined as bio-weapons because the spike proteins are indeed weapons. He further explains that Anthony Fauci in 1999 asked Univ of NC to create an "infectious replication defective clone", ie amplify the lethality to humans.

Martin points out a clause in the 1986 Vaccine Protection Act that willful injury can make the vaccine manufacturers liable for every injury and death. The legal term is "malice aforethought" - Black's Law Dictionary. Martin explains that the company "ANSER" was created as a cover shield to protect the vaccine manufacturers from such liability.

Then Martin shows on screen the organizations, people and countries that are perpetrating Covid and its fake vaccines.
