SCP2 - has Canada been deliberately divided?

This time we get deeper into the political situation in Canada. We focus on Quebec going overboard on non-sensical restrictions in reaction to Omicron, and then take a look at some other provinces across the country and how their policies are more interested in retaliating against the new minority - natural humans - than taking measures against covid. The government has separated humanity into 2 categories, GMH (Genetically modified humans) and NH (Natural humans) and we discuss the gravity of the situation caused by this divide.
