The trigger weight on a concealed carry pistol does not need to be excessively heavy and it shouldn't be too light either. You are more likely to unintendedly press the trigger under stress if it is extremely light. Most concealed carry pistols usually have a trigger weight between four to five pounds from the factory.

It is important for you to decide which firearm works best for you and regularly train to ensure you are proficient with it following all firearm safety rules.
