Part 7 of my Majora's Mask walkthrough/guide, how to get the Bombers' Notebook. The way I do it is how you do it if you remember the Bombers' Secret Code, you can just go in and out of the "hideout" and they let you join! You could go play hide & seek with them again as a human to gt it as well but that is more difficult.
