Pilots SUE: Can’t be forced to take VAX that is NOT FDA authorized

Since NO FDA APPROVED VACCINE is yet available to the public (link below) pilots are suing, citing FAA regulations that prevent pilots from taking any EUA vaccine. FAA also requires a full year review after FDA approval, before pilots can take it and remain qualified to fly.
