Chris Lytle and his #LytesOut Podcast team have veteran slugger Keith Wisniewski in for another old school interview.

Wisniewski is a member of the #FiftyFightClub, reserved for MMA fighters who have been around the block a few times. He fought his first fight at the age of fifteen and was actively competing against whoever he could fight by the age of sixteen. He ended his career more than a decade later with a run in the UFC. Fight talk, including a serious competitor's honest talk on concussions (Wisniewski states that including training, he has had over a hundred concussions).

Keith was one of the grittiest competitors in his day, don't let his calm and pleasant demeanor fool you!
