Greg Kelly Discusses The Torture of Jan. 6 Detainee Christopher Quaglin with Attorney Joseph McBride

Christopher Quaglin has lost 20 pounds since being moved to Northern Neck Regional Jail on December 21, 2021, and his life is in serious jeopardy.

On November 4, 2021, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green and Congressman Louie Gohmert were granted access into DC Jail, after months of being denied access.

Greene and Gohmert visited the CTF wing of DC Jail, known as the “Patriot Pod” where January Sixers are being held.

Greene spoke to Quaglin that night who explained that he was suffering due to malnourishment and improper food preparation related to his celiac disease.

Christopher Quaglin was viciously retaliated after his encounter with Congress, including being moved to six different jails during his tenure as a pretrial detainee.

He has lost 20 pounds since being moved to Northern Neck Regional Jail on December 21, 2021.

He was also knowingly placed into an area in the jail with COVID Positive inmates and guards.

On January 3, 2022, Congressman Clay Higgins and Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene penned a letter to Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Michael Carvajal that was signed by fourteen members of Congress.

The letter directly addressed the BOP’s abhorrent treatment of Chris Quaglin, and other pretrial detainees in its custody:

“We, the undersigned, are officially advising you, Director Carvajal, that you are to immediately address the abhorrent persecution of American citizens being held in pre-trial detention under your watch.
. . .
Constitutionalist Republicans in Congress will not stand idly by and allow these atrocities to continue. We promise you, good Sir, those responsible within BOP will be held to account.”
