I'm Peter Serefine and this is the Liberty Minute for Tuesday, day 660 of 15 days to flatten the curve.
Senator Chuck Schumer claims the Republican opposition to the Democrats' voting reform bill is tied to the "domestic terrorists" who tried to "destroy our republic" back on January 6th of last year. First off, at least he called our nation a Republic and not a democracy, however, opposition to the voting reform bill is grounded in the fact that we are a Republic. The voting reform bills proposed by the Democrats would federalize almost all election laws. That would be a real threat to our Republic.
A federal appeals court has issued a temporary injunction to stop enforcement of the vaccine mandate on 35 Navy service members who sued after being denied religious exemptions.
