Basil Vodka - Basil in a mason jar, cover with vodka, leave in refrigerator for 2 days. Add muddled strawberries, ice, and 1 shot of vodka. Then fill with club soda

Basil Ice Cubes - Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and blend. Place in cube trays. Freeze for 24 hours

Basil Spice - Dehydrate and grind. You may add salt for Basil Salt mixture

Basil Vinaigrette -1 Clove Garlic, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 white wine vinegar, salt and pepper, blend. Store in refrigerator

Basil Butter - Soften butter. (1/2 stick for 8 leaves) Blend. Roll or shape in parchment paper. Refrigerate until butter is hard again.
