God raised up nations not people

Paul tells us that God raised up nations and not people by telling us about people. This seems crazy, but it's a nation that these people represent. Pharaoh is the nation of Egypt. God raised up Egypt with power and wealth because he wanted that wealth for Israel when they left Egypt. Its all about nations
