Simple Easy Fun Step Aerobics is a great way to start 2022 if you are new to step aerobics, a baby boomer or senior wanting an easier step workout to do without all the jumping and fancy complex moves or perhaps you are recovering from an injury and want to use an easy workout during your transition. This step workout will fit the bill. There are no fancy moves, it is done a slow pace of 118 beats a minute and will get you 4000+ steps in but will help you built strong legs, enhance your cardiovascular system and help you lose weight.
