Got Me A Elegoo Mars 2 Printer [Short]

It took forever, but I've finally saved enough to get myself a 3D printer! I went for a resin printer because they tend to print "faster" and hold better details at smaller scaling.

in this case I purchased the Elegoo Mars 2 (not the pro) for a few reasons.
1) The $100 printer is ALWAYS out of stock
2) The reviews and videos are great.
3) It was on sale for $200
4) The Mars 2 Pro upgrade is not worth the price.
5) And because it's Master Chief Green! 😁

My 1st print test (default Hook models) failed badly and damaged the vat liner. I had to order 3 replacements ($15) and install one. I'm expecting the error was my fault. 🙏🏾 I have a LOT to learn.

The printer does not come with test resin. 😡 And so I ordered 500ml of zMUD resin. Sadly, that means I can not see if the print fails again, as this resin is not translucent at all.
