Cities Be Gone

Deliberate efforts by the left to undermine strong neighborhoods in major cities, and disastrous leftist policies, such as the totally failed "war on poverty," have devastated nearly all major cities, by design.
Up until WW II the big cities in the country were mostly peaceful with large ethnic Catholic communities. Those communities were a powerful force that was feared by many. Here was an organized effort to break up those wonderful communities with a race war and other means. The evil effort was successful, many of those Catholic families left their wonderful Catholic parishes and headed to the suburbs and those areas in the cities often turned to war zones and thus largely destroyed.
And then came LBJ's catastrophic and totally failed "War on Poverty" that paid women more to have babies if the father didn't stick around. This the family, especially the African America family, has been devastated. So many young people growing up without fathers and often uncaring and incapable mothers. So many of the boys turn to gangs to get their familial needs met and thus crime is rampant in nearly all big cities.
And poverty was going down from around thirty percent after WW II to less than half that by 1965 when the "War on Poverty" started. It remains in that general area. So the "War on Poverty" stalled the decline in poverty.
Leftist policies have destroyed the cities by design for raw power. Millions are trapped on the welfare stage and vote Democrat for their pittance. That is why Biden has opened the southern border to get a new batch of underclass to trap on welfare and then vote Democrat for their pittance.
The left has destroyed the cities by design.
