Where do I start? 3.16 nerfed the high paying Quantanium mining in the belt. Now surface Quantainum mining has been broken to nerf that mining. Coincidence? Maybe.

But this all seems to be part of CIG's efforts to limit credit earning in game to force people to the ship cash shop.

The game is now in a broken state. Desynch in combat. Limited trade. and now broken mining.
