Portland School COVID Insanity

It's 50 degrees outside and raining, but in order to "protect" our school children from COVID, these kids are forced to eat their lunches outside on the sidewalk across the street from a homeless encampment while sitting on orange Home Depot buckets with no cover to protect them from the rain on the corner of 13th and Salmon.
