Inspired by the Winter Solstice, which marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year, the start of the Winter Season, and in many cultures, it is the considered the rebirth of the sun.

This solstice is also associated with the Winter season, and this practice is inspired by the Water Element, along with exercises that are associated with Summer and the Fire element, to help equally balance the beautifully fluid and serene nature of water and winter.

The two will help you nurture this cooler, hibernating season with some nice fire to keep the flame going until spring, and also honor the sun as it begins to have longer days in the sky.
