Bouda Eulogy - one of the coolest CoolWag dogs

This is a dedication to Bouda. December 15, 2021, Bouda got out of his fenced yard and was involved in an accident on Central Avenue.

Bouda had attended CoolWag since the Summer of 2019 with over 100 visits. He had a great personality and the way he looked at you, you knew he loved life and everyone around him. He was always excited to come to CoolWag and loved to play hard and wrestle with other dogs. He was so athletic and strong, he could easily overpower any dog, yet kept his cool and never lost his temper. CoolWag was his fun time.

During the Summers, he was a Bee Hunter. He recognized bees going back and forth on the same path to get their pollen. Once he jumped several feet in the air and ate a bee. We called his owner, Catherine, and she said that is normal for him and he's not allergic.

On December 2, 2021, we nominated Bouda for #NationalMuttDay, part Dutch Shepherd, Boxer, and Werewolf (on full moons).

Bouda was a DFL - Dog Football League All-Star Running Back. His presence on the field will be sorely missed.

Despite the traumatic loss that smashes us into countless emotional fragments, let's all honor Bouda. Our hearts are breaking, but we are united in love.
