Some 700 years ago, human civilization was facing another pandemic: The Black Death (or Black Plague) killed somewhere between 75 and 200 million people in Eurasia and North Africa. But there was a secondary disaster to the plague which also had a massive death toll, and which modern society would do well to take heed of.

Drastic policies, such as vaccine mandates have been supported by data, like the hospitalization rates of “Covid patients.” But, are all the people who are designated “Covid patients” really hospitalized because of Covid, or is it often due to other underlying illnesses?
