Material: - 350 gr jackfruit - 700 ml plain UHT milk - 1 pack of plain jelly - 8 tbsp sugar - tsp salt - 1 tbsp cornstarch - 1 sachet of SKM How to make: 1. Blend the jackfruit until smooth. 2. Mix all other ingredients except jackfruit. 3. Divide the dough into 3 parts. 1 part leave white, 2 parts mix with jackfruit. 4. Cook the jackfruit pudding over low heat, stirring slowly until it boils. Turn off the fire. 5. Wait for the steam to reduce, put it in the mold halfway. 6. Cook the white pudding until it boils. Turn off the heat, pour over the jackfruit pudding which has cooled a bit. 7. Reheat some of the unprinted jackfruit pudding, pour it over the white pudding that has started to harden. 8. Once cool, put in the refrigerator.
