In the winter of 2021 Malena's Bistro and Pizzeria was ordered to close per the Michigan Health Department. Marlen Pavlos-Hackney keep her business open despite the lockdowns and was arrested and locked up for holding her ground and fighting for her freedoms. She stands as an example of peaceful protesting against an increasingly tyrannical government. Stand with Marlena!
