Revelation 13-2 Beast Kingdoms

Does Revelation 13 discuss the Anti-Christ & False prophet or is there more, could we be looking at this wrong? What if these are two beast kingdoms that will emerge in the last days, one the anti-christ comes out of and the other, gives life to reviving this kingdom.
