How To Make Sea Moss Gel

In this video I'll be demonstrating how to clean, soak and blend your sea moss into a gel that you can eat on a daily basis. You can add this sea moss gel to your smoothies, tea or take it plain 1-2 teaspoons every morning with a bottle of spring water. You'll want to clean your sea moss at least 2-3 times and soak it overnight with distilled or spring water.
