Here's much better different advice: Don't get the jab, especially if you're in the low-risk group. If you're young and healthy, the risk of the jab is significantly larger than the 'benefits' (which are almost non-existent). If you're in the high risk group, take effective actions to lower your risk, such as by adopting a healthier lifestyle and diet.

"Good luck to everybody and do your research". Yes, and then find out that there's highly effective and perfectly safe, available, early treatment for COVID.

The cardiologist said, "We're getting roughly 30 to 40 young adults, mostly men, mostly after their second Pfizer shot with myocarditis or pericarditis, so I think it is a lot more common than they're saying".
