Leadership Power Discussion

This video is a little different, it is an assembly of the best thinking I can do on power and leadership. I think some of the ideas I have would take me down several rabbit warrens, so I present them for your consideration here. I have other things I need to work on and this one has been bugging me for so long I had to get it down so I can move to other things.
