Information has surfaced that China tested a nuclear-capable hypersonic missile that circled the globe back in August, reportedly catching U.S. intelligence agencies by surprise. Here today to lend his expertise on this is our Ukraine-based defense specialist Reuben Johnson. He looks at the good news and the bad news regarding these missiles, and gives us the strategic thinking and planning that goes into weapons production. A case of espionage also occurred recently where a U.S. couple was caught smuggling weapons system plans to an as yet undisclosed country.
