I generally fast for 36-42 hours in between "feeds." 🍽️

I don't react well to anything within the nightshade family, gluten and refined sugar, flour, etc. I find it troubling that french fries are out. 😂 My two youngest kids are bilingual and find it helpful in their jobs as adults. My 3rd boy (Bird) married a half-Mexican gal, who I adore. 😍I've had COVID now and have natural immunity to the original. 🥳
