Within everything that is, lies the Divine Intelligence – the wisdom of the Universe. The flowers know when it is springtime, the animals know when and how to nest. The seasons come and go with regularity and rhythm. The body breathes for itself and our cuts and bruises quietly heal without our conscious awareness or instruction.

We all tap in to this infinite power during our lifetimes, mostly unconsciously, but we can begin to use this source with purpose, with intention and use it to bring whatever we desire into our reality.

In this guided meditation, we’re going to find answers to some of our questions by tuning in and listening.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along.
