Fixed-Portable Generator Briggs & Stratton Running Rough

Found the problem and it was very obvious. 14.4 HP Briggs and Stratton engine on Troy-Bilt portable generator was running rough and only with choke nearly closed. This was after only about 3 hours of run-time and some issues with the fuel tank cap venting. Evidently having the cap off so much caused some junk to get into the tank as the sediment cap and fuel screen had a lot of junk in it. Once I cleaned it out, started up on first pull, choke closed (fully open to carb) and it purred like a kitten during test run of about 10 minutes.
