She is worried she'll be pruned and dealt with if problems occur in the work she is responsible for, or that she will be dismissed from her duty and be disgraced. She is therefore very diligent and puts a lot of effort into the work that comes within the scope of her responsibility, but ignores and is indifferent toward work outside of this. This results in severe losses for the work of the house of God and in her being dismissed from her duty.
