Justin Kendall from Louisville, KY was accused of breaking and entering into Mrs Sandlin's home twice. Mrs Sandlin stated she didn't know the suspect but pointed him out from photographs. Justin was offered a plea deal for a 20 year sentence. He took his chances and went to trial. Mrs Sandlin lied during cross examination and Jason was found not guilty and acquitted of all charges.
