In this video we get to spend a little time in Lorena's kitchen where She shows us how to make picadillo (a traditional Mexican guiso used for many dishes to include tacos). She then uses the picadillo to stuff poblano peppers and make chile rellenos. We hope you enjoy the video as this is our life!
