Dr. Mary Bowden, MD is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Sleep Medicine specialist in Houston, TX who is a strong advocate for price transparency in healthcare. She graduated from Medical College Of Georgia School Of Medicine medical school in 1998 and has over 23 years of experience in the medical field. She is one of the few direct care specialists in the US who does not contract with any health insurance companies and strives to offer affordable care with clear pricing.

Her practice focuses on Sinus, Sleep and Allergy care for patients of all ages. In addition to traditional medical and surgical care, Dr. Bowden offers holistic options aimed to prevent and treat chronic inflammation and has incorporated wellness into her practice to help people achieve overall better health.
