Massimo Forti, the owner of Novo Cafe has amassed over $100,000 in fines for having the audacity to trying to earn a living. Shame.

Also, you have two officers who shirked their responsibilities and decided to catch a Snorlax while playing Pokemon Go! instead of responding to a robbery in progress. Your California tax dollars at work!
