Chinese nationals purposely spreading germs in public late in 2019

This video shows what looks to be Chinese nationals speaking Chinese that get caught on someone's livestream purposely spreading germs just weeks before the Fauci Kung Flu went viral. We all know Dr. Evil Fauci with Bill Gates funded Peter Daszak to create and most likely release the virus. Did they pay Chinese tourists to help spread it?
