Simulated Emergency Test (SET) and adjusting my solar panel for winter

I show a little of the Simulated Emergency Test (SET). We do this drill every spring and fall. We practice both voice and digital communications on 2 meters and HF. Always good to practice interoperability with other counties.

Then I go up on the roof and adjust the angle of my solar panel to get more sun as the path of the sun is lower on the horizon this time of year.
